Ensemble Description
The main house was built in 2020. In summer 2022 a spacious guest house was finished to complete the astonishing, beautifull architectural and garden ensemble. Both houses are furnished with quality modern furniture.
With more than 180 m2 divided on two floors, the main Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the ground floor there is a beautiful and well equiped open kitchen, a dining room with terrace, a living room with fireplace and a sofa bed, one master double bedroom with a shower bathroom and a tolilette. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of them also a master bedroom. Each has its own bathroom, the master bedroom also has a roofed terrace including seaview.
The additional garden Villa of the ensemble offers spacious, lightflooded 24m2 and both a bathroom and bedroom,can accommodate up to 3 guests It´s large window doors look south and west, towards the olive garden and pool. It is completed by a an outside seating area with seaview, surrounded by oleander.
The fenced 1.150 m2 garden with a lovely lawn offers privacy and view at the same time. Olives trees side by side with the 30m2 swimming pool are surrounded with sun loungers. A spacious covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue where you can enjoy some unforgettable moments with family and friends completes the ensemble.
Villa Ensemble Paulina is completely air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV and wireless internet.
Prices apply for the rent of both houses. Special prices apply in case the garden Villa is not needed (max. occupancy then 6 people). Please inquire those special prices for your preferred stay.
