Spoil the whole family in the modern and well-equipped kitchen or use the wood-burning stove built into the natural stone in the outdoor area to prepare regional dishes or have them prepared. The spacious living room has a modern infotainment system, a spacious wardrobe and a open wood fireplace. The room can be partitioned off with built-in sliding doors so that an additional sleeping area can be created on request. A fifth WC is located near the living room on the ground floor. 

The villa has four luxurious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, to offer you maximum comfort and privacy. Each bedroom is also suitable as a home office as it has a reliable wi-fi connection and its own desk. Every detail has been carefully selected to provide you with an experience of the highest quality. 

Villa Olive View is fully air-conditioned, underfloor heated and powered by air source heat pumps. The photovoltaic system on the roof generates electricity and surplus electricity is stored in the house. The hot water is heated by solar panels on the roof. The infinity pool can also be heated by arrangement, at an extra charge. 

International digital satellite TV in HD quality is available in all bedrooms and the living room. Fibre optic WLAN with a total of 5 WLAN amplifiers ensures a stable Internet connection in all areas of the house. 

The house has 4 outdoor parking spaces, 2 of which are covered. 

Completed in 2024, Villa Olive View, which took almost five years to plan and build, is the crowning glory of the ‘Vabriga 3’ residential complex on the outskirts of Tar-Vabriga in Istria.
