On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area with access to the terrace, a cozy living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, two bedrooms, one shared bathroom, and a separate guest toilet.
The upper floor features three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a covered terrace overlooking the sea and surrounding nature, while two bedrooms share one bathroom.
The fully fenced garden ensures peace and privacy and includes a landscaped lawn, olive trees, and a heated swimming pool with sun loungers. A covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue invites guests to enjoy relaxed moments outdoors.
The house is beautiful, high-quality, and modernly furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. There is no shortage of electrical appliances. There is a built-in refrigerator and in the storage room next to the kitchen, there is another large side-by-side fridge that even dispenses ice cubes. Outside, there is a large illuminated grill. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine.
The sauna's temperature can be individually adjusted and heats up quickly. The pool has a pleasant temperature, and there are plenty of loungers and deck chairs available.
You have a great sea view, beautiful olive trees, and fields. There are no direct neighbors, providing a pleasant sense of privacy.
Each bedroom has its own air conditioning. The only disadvantage is that it only cools down to 24 degrees, so on very hot days, it can still be too warm in the rooms.
The house exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wholeheartedly and gladly recommend it :)
Me pareció espectacular la estancia, la privacidad que disfrutamos como familia. La piscina, las habitaciones, la cocina, los servicios y el sauna.
Disfrutamos a tope. Por cierto en la descripción de los equipos no aprecia lavadora, la cual si tiene.
Es altamente recomendable la casa para una familia, si les gusta pasar tiempo en privacidad y disfrutando de la atmósfera de Rogovići !

Wir waren in der Villa Sirok. Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur top und 1:1 wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Unser Wunsch nach einem Hochstuhl wurde umgehend erfüllt und generell hat die Kommunikation super funktioniert. Zimmeraufteilung, Sauberkeit und die Terasse bzw. Garten, mit Outdoorküche und wunderschönem Pool haben den Urlaub für uns 8 Erwachsenen 2 Kindern perfekt gemacht. Die Villa liegt in ruhiger Lage, ist aber nicht weit vom Meer, Städten (Novigrad und Porec, …) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen und wir kommen gerne wieder.😊
Sehr schöne Unterkunft um in Ruhe den Urlaub genießen zu können. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, einfach Klasse!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
Die Lage ist super. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt.
Wunderschönes Haus, perfekt für einen Urlaub mit einer größeren Gruppe. Der Außenbereich mit Pool, Meerblick und Grill ist ein echtes Highlight und die Ausstattung hervorragend. Wir konnten sogar Pizza im Steinofen machen. Check-in und Kommunikation mit Vedrana waren total einfach und freundlich, wir durften sogar früher einchecken. Einziger Mini-Makel: Wenn mehrere Leute gleichzeitig duschten, lief das Wasser sehr schlecht ab und die Gullys vor dem Haus teilweise über. Da das Haus ansonsten aber absolut traumhaft war, konnten wir das gut verschmerzen.
