Perfection! We were a family of seven adults and were very, very comfortable in this lovely home. Check in and check out was easy. The home was well-equipped and immaculate. The town of Visnjan is lovely and centrally located to explore Istria. Driving is easy too. Will definitely come again.

Wir hatten mit sieben Erwachsenen eine super tolle Woche in dem Ferienhaus.
Es ist hochwertig gebaut und eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen/Grillen benötigt!
Garten, Terrasse und Pool sind schön angelegt mit tollem Blick auf das Meer.
Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich direkt im Ort, größere Supermärkte in Porec sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.
Alles in allem zwar nicht ganz günstig, aber den Preis auf jeden Fall wert!!

Alles in allem tip top. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und die Ausstattung der Küche ist besonders hervorzuheben. Supermarkt, Platzmetzger und Co. in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Eine unglaublich schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa, die mit wirklich allem Nötigen ausgestattet ist. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die 1A war, und die Lage ist auch perfekt - wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer garantiert tolle Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind ein Supermarkt, Bankomat, Metzger (hervorragende Qualität), und Bäcker. Zum Meer (Porec) sind es knapp 10 Autominuten. Check-in und Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ebenfalls 1A! Absolute Empfehlung!

Villa Julia is a beautiful house with a location and view that's even better than the photos make you expect. We spent a week with a party of 6 (4 adults, 2 teens) and we really enjoyed it. The kitchen is very well appointed, the house spotless clean and everything is new and high-end. We cooked more than we thought we would - including using the outdoor wood oven. Visnjan is well located to visit all of Istria, we did both wineries to the north as well as the seaside towns to the south and west. Visnjan itself has more than one would think - bank/atm, excellent butcher, bakery, nice restaurant (borgonja), good pizza place, 2 small shops that cover most of the daily needs. Overall a very relaxed and enjoyable vacation.

We stayed with six people in Villa Julia and had an awesome and relaxing time. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed so far. Furniture and equipment is of very high quality and doesn’t feel like a place that was equipped for short-term rentals. Location is very nice with everything you need in walking distance at a small village (2 restaurants, supermarket).

Die Villa ist sehr schön, modern und vollständig eingerichtet.
Die Villa liegt sehr nah an der Umgehungsstraße und der Autobahn, daher hört man Fahrgeräusche.
Zudem grenzt das Grundstück direkt an ein landwirtschaftliches Feld, das während unseres Aufenthaltes an 2 Tagen vom Landwirt mit einem Traktor mit entsprechender Lärm- und Staubentwicklung bearbeitet wurde.
In einem Badezimmer war die Duschabtrennung defekt (ein Element hat gefehlt) und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts auch nicht repariert.

Wir waren mit der Villa sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Allein die komplette Ausstattung der Küche mit einem großen Kühl-/Gefrierschrank mit Eis- und Trinkwasserbereiter war hervorragend, Geschirr für 8 Erwachsene ist ausreichend vorhanden. Toll waren auch die komplett klimatisierten Räume, der Pool ausreichend groß. Auch die Lage ist perfekt mit dem unverbauten Blick aufs Meer. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger) sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar! Was will man mehr...

Beautiful villa situated in a village location surrounded by fields, not overlooked and offers wonderful views. There is a bakery, restaurant, 2 small shops, cafe and a bank all within a few minutes walk. The villa is beautifully furnished with everything you could need. Easy access to Porec with a larger range of supermarkets and restaurants and easy to get to the Toll road to Pula. On the whole i would recommend this villa and would book it again.
We did have one issue which was the oven/microwave, it was very complicated to use and only worked intermittently, we are in our 30's and fairly good with technology but this stumped us! We couldn't find any instructions in the house, we contacted the host with no response until after we had vacated, we even tried google and you tube! We ate out most of the time so it wasn't a huge issue, but we couldn't even warm up croissants for breakfast properly.
