Spoil the whole family in the modern, well-equipped kitchen or use the barbecue station built into the natural stone outside. The spacious living room has a modern infotainment system and a wood-burning fireplace. 

The villa has three luxurious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, to offer you maximum comfort and privacy. Each bedroom is also suitable as a home office, as it has a reliable Wi-Fi connection and its own desk. One of the two bedrooms on the upper floor has its own covered terrace. 

Villa Petra is fully air-conditioned, underfloor heated and powered by air source heat pumps. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof.

International digital satellite TV in HD quality is available in all bedrooms and the living room. Fibre optic WLAN ensures a stable internet connection in all areas of the house. 

The house offers 2 covered outdoor parking spaces.
