The interior of the villa is designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals, while the outdoor grill built from natural stone invites you to enjoy relaxed open-air dining. The spacious living area, featuring a modern infotainment system and a wood-burning fireplace, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the year.
The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. All bedrooms are equipped with a work desk and fast Wi-Fi, making the villa suitable for longer stays or remote work. One of the bedrooms on the upper floor also has access to its own covered terrace.
Villa Petra is fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating. Digital satellite TV in HD quality is available in all bedrooms and in the living area, while fibre-optic internet ensures a stable and fast connection throughout the house. Guests also have access to two covered outdoor parking spaces.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Villa ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und es ist sehr sauber.
Der Pool hat uns besonders gut gefallen.
Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Anbieter war hervorragend.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist super schön und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung wo aktuell mehrere solcher Häuser entstehen. Die Inneneinrichtung war toll. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Zugang zum Badezimmer und das Interieur war hochwertig ausgestattet. Super war auch dass die Terasse überdacht war, so konnte man auch an heißen Tagen draußen frühstücken und Abends essen. Ein Highlight war der Pool. Alles war super sauber und während unseres Aufenthalts wurde das Poolwasser kontrolliert und der Rasen gemäht. Eine Kleinigkeit: die Gartendusche war noch nicht installiert.
Auch die Kommunikation und Abwicklung vor Ort hat super geklappt. Man ist jedoch auf ein Auto angewiesen, da im Ort selber nicht so viel los ist. Man kann das Meer oben aus dem Haus sehen, es sind ca 2km. Aber dadurch dass wir mit dem Auto angereist sind waren wir super flexibel und konnten Abends immer in einen anderen Ort zum Essen fahren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Villa - top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung mit in einem kleinen Ort umgeben von vielen weiteren Villen (daher war die Villa etwas schwer zu finden).
Lage ist sehr ruhig, ein paar Restaurants und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten gibt es dort nicht viel. Nach Porec oder in eine andere Stadt bzw. zum Meer nur mit dem Auto möglich (ca. 10 Minuten).
Ansonsten tolle Urlaub in einer schönen Villa ;)

Piscina, molto verde e molto tranquillo.
Ogni camera con letto doppi e bagno con doccia, lo conigliamo sicuramente anche a conoscenti e amici.

Der Aufenthalt war absolut angenehm – die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, bis auf zwei Kleinigkeiten sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv war der freundliche und flexible Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber: Ein früherer Check-in war problemlos möglich, was für mich sehr hilfreich war. Ich habe mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder!
